We are excited to announce that HOCPY Ghana has received funding support from The Pollination Project (TPP) to implement our latest child nutrition initiative, “Green Meals for Change.”
This innovative project seeks to promote healthy eating habits among children while also encouraging compassion and sustainability by reducing reliance on animal-based foods.
Through “Green Meals for Change,” HOCPY aims to instill the culture of eating healthy, plant-based meals in schools and communities. The project will focus on teaching children the value of nutritious food choices, environmental protection, and kindness toward animals, because good food choices can make a big difference for both people and the planet.
The initiative will include interactive nutrition education sessions, school garden activities, and creative campaigns that make learning about food fun and impactful. By starting with children, we are shaping a generation that values health, empathy, and sustainability.
At HOCPY Ghana, we believe that a healthy child is a powerful change-maker. With the generous support of The Pollination Project, we are taking another step toward building communities where every meal counts — for our bodies, our environment, and our shared future.
Stay tuned as we roll out the “Green Meals for Change” project across schools and communities in the Central Gonja District of the Savannah Region.
